  2. The time limit for returning the goods is 28 days from the date of shipment from us to you.
  3. We endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. After this, you should expect to see your funds back into your account within 3 - 5 working days depending on how your card provides processes refunds.
  4. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  5. You are responsible for the postage cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
  6. When returning an item for an exchange, i.e. for another size or colour please be aware a small fee will apply to cover postage.
  7. We will notify you of the exact amount before sending out the replacement item.
  8. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition with original package and labels.
  9. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any Personal Protective Equipment including climbing equipment and helmets unless faulty. This would be dealt with under warranty and returns.
  10. All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials, but this excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse. The guarantee is in line with the guarantee policy stipulated by the product manufacturer.

The Rab Andes Jacket is one of our most popular Unisex jackets for extreme conditions and expeditions. It features a Pertex Endurance outer for water, wind and abrasion resistance with a soft Pertex Quantum lining that allows the down insulation to have more loft.

This jacket is one of our most popular choices for use on many peaks between 6000m and7000m and also polar expeditions. If you are interested in the Rab Andes Jacket and one of our 7000m or polar expeditions then the ideal product to team up with this piece is theRab Photon Pant.

It is insulated with Nikwax hydrophobic down for maximum warmth and performance in damp conditions. The box-wall baffles and zonal construction, teamed up with over 400g of 800FP European Goose Down helps to prevent cold spots.

The Rab Andes Jacket has a helmet compatible hood with a wired peak as well as six pockets for storage of essentials including; two large internal mesh pockets, two Vislon zipped Napolean Pockets and two Vislon zipped hand warmer pockets. All of the zips are YKK waterproof zips for a full weather resistant seal.

The Andes Jacket is exclusive to us here at Adventure Peaks Ltd and is available in three colours in most sizes. It has been a staff favourite for many years and will continue to be so.
