  2. The time limit for returning the goods is 28 days from the date of shipment from us to you.
  3. We endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. After this, you should expect to see your funds back into your account within 3 - 5 working days depending on how your card provides processes refunds.
  4. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  5. You are responsible for the postage cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
  6. When returning an item for an exchange, i.e. for another size or colour please be aware a small fee will apply to cover postage.
  7. We will notify you of the exact amount before sending out the replacement item.
  8. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition with original package and labels.
  9. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any Personal Protective Equipment including climbing equipment and helmets unless faulty. This would be dealt with under warranty and returns.
  10. All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials, but this excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse. The guarantee is in line with the guarantee policy stipulated by the product manufacturer.

This highly protective down jacket has evolved from the definitive high mountain Infinity Jacket.

Lighter in weight, with a closer, regular fit, it excels on alpine style, high energy ascents in winter weather. The Infinity Alpine uses two weights of GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER®. The outer is reinforced on the shoulders, upper body, and outer arms for better protection in rugged terrain. Highly breathable, windproof and water resistant with a soft feel, this jacket is perfect for winter climbing and mountaineering. Built using advanced Interstitch construction, the Infinity Alpine has overhanging baffles with clever internal stitching, ensuring water is channelled away from the body, minimising water ingress. Filled with 800FP RDS down with a Nikwax hydrophobic treatment, the Infinity Alpine maximises the warmth to weight ratio and copes with damp conditions. Extremely lightweight for this level of warmth and protection it can compress down easily and be packed away in its stuff sack. It has a fully adjustable, helmet compatible, down-filled hood with a stiffened peak for increased protection and a two-way YKK VISLON front zip for ease of use with a harness.

Designed to excel on vertical missions the Infinity Alpine has articulated sleeves for complete mobility, adjustable cuffs for use with gloves and multiple pockets.

How to Measure
ARM LENGTH: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
CHEST: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
WAIST: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
INSIDE LEG LENGTH: Measurethe distance between the top of the inside leg to below the ankle.
HIPS: Measure the widest part around the bottom.
